I have an obsession for sales.  Every position I’ve held involved sales in some capacity.   I’ve created sales training programs, taught them and trained individual sales reps.  My experience in sales and business development covers 20 years.  My style is to consult with and build a relationship with the prospect.  My clients have included: IKEA, the Gallup Organization, Boehringer Ingelheim, Intuit, Land America Financial, Allianz Global Investors, Mileage Plus, Boise Cascade and other companies across the United States.  Picking up the phone and making calls brings me joy.

Another passion is helping people realize their full potential. As a coach, I’ve worked with new business owners, entrepreneurs, experienced salespeople, and those in new management or sales positions.  After training and managing, I find coaching offers a focused and personalized approach.   The relationship and progress is based on the needs and strengths of the individual.  Each is unique and targeted to get the maximum results in the shortest period of time.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, management, human resources and customer service I see business from several sides: manager, leader, sales professional and the client.  This perspective shapes my relationships and brings a unique point of view.  I was responsible for opening two branches of a Fortune 500 company, managing several of its offices as well as training and motivating staff in 4 states.   I’ve helped individuals succeed and also boosted the bottom line of several organizations.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and certified as a Business Coach by iPEC. Other certifications include the DiSC behavioral style assessment and an Associate of Emergenetics, a thinking and behavioral attribute assessment.  In addition I am certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
